Our expert staff performs a detailed inspection of every surface of each rug, meticulously looking for any stains, discolorations and damage to the rug fibers, fringes and padding.

After any stain treatment, the rug is thoroughly washed with ultra-modern machines and environmentally friendly soap. It is then rinsed to remove any dirt residue. It is then disinfected and deodorized. Finally, the rug is impregnated with natural products, thus strengthening the fibers.

The rug is rolled up and then undergoes a treatment in our powerful centrifuge machine, which effectively removes water and moisture. This prevents dyes from leaching into the fibres and preserves the natural colour and texture of your rug.

After 90% of the water has been removed from the machine, the rugs are immediately transferred to our closed, climate-controlled drying room. This room is equipped with multiple industrial fans that create an optimal ecosystem to thoroughly dry your rug.

After a 12-hour stay in the drying room, our expert staff will perform a thorough final inspection of each section of the rug, recording the results and reconditioning the rug, gently removing any loose fibres.
